Methods of Information Collection
We automatically collect IP addresses and Web site usage information from you when you access any of our online services. This information helps us evaluate how our Visitors and subscribers use and navigate our Web sites on an aggregate basis, including but not limited to, the number and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each web page and the length of their visits.
Yammerin utilizes a number of internal and third party methods to recognize visitor data such as IP addresses and browser settings (collectively "Visitor Data").

We may collect the following information from your use of the Site:
Please note that Contact Data and Traffic Data are used to gather general statistics regarding our Visitors to enhance the experience on the Website.
b. Use of Information and Cookies
We may use information in the following ways:
Yammerin may use cookies to personalize or enhance your user experience. Like most websites, we may use cookies to collect anonymous visitor information when you visit our websites. "Cookies" are small files containing a unique identifier that we transfer to your computer through your web browser. We use this information to store contents of your search sessions and reservation requests until you are ready to check out, track user trends, recognize you when you visit us again, and provide you with a better web experience. If you set your browser to reject cookies, certain aspects of our website and services may not work. There is no personal information stored in the Cookie itself, but once you register and sign-in, we will link this information to your personal information on our servers. We may also use web beacons and other similar technologies, to track your use inside and outside of our websites. We may also include web beacons in promotional or other e-mail messages or newsletters to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. We use this information to customize our services for you, to deliver targeted advertisements, and to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, programming, or other activities.
From time to time, Yammerin may use the standard Cookie feature of major browser applications and third party providers as well as employ internally developed cookies and tracking codes which allow Yammerin to store a small piece of data on a Visitor's computer about the visit to the Website. Personal information is not captured in such cookies, nor does Yammerin use cookies to collect personal information. Personal information is only captured when a visitor signs in to the system and willingly discloses such information in the personal profile of the website. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web Server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of Cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. For example, if you personalize a web page, or navigate within a site, a cookie helps the site to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of delivering relevant content and eases site navigation by providing and saving your preferences and login information as well as providing personalized functionality.
Yammerin reserves the right to share aggregated site statistics with partner companies, but does not allow other companies to place Cookies on our Website unless there is a temporary, overriding customer value.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. If you reject Cookies by changing your browser settings then be aware that this may disable some of the functionality on our Website.

When you register, we will request some personal information such as name, address, email address, telephone number or facsimile number, account number and other relevant information. If you are purchasing a service, through our merchant services provider, we will request financial information. Any financial information collected is used only to bill you for the services you purchase. If you purchase by credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. For other types of registrations, we will ask for the relevant information. You may also be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. 4. Use of Web Beacons or GIF files
The Website pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes also called single-pixel gifs - that allow Yammerin to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. Yammerin may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
Some of these Website beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications. These Website beacons may be used by these service providers to place a persistent cookie on your computer. This allows the service provider to recognize your computer each time you visit certain pages or emails and compile anonymous information in relation to those page views, which in turn enables us and our service providers to learn which advertisements and emails bring you to our Website and how you use the Site.

g. Third-Party advertising
Advertisements, promotions, and other offers from third-party advertisers may be provided to you while you are visiting the Website. If you choose to accept any such offers, Yammerin may provide your information, including billing information, to the advertiser.
We may use third-party advertising companies to communicate advertisements on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons to measure advertising effectiveness. We do not control the use of those cookies or action tags and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them. Please be aware that these offers may be presented on pages framed by the Website. We do this to provide a seamless experience. Although these offer pages may have the look and feel of our Website, you will be submitting your information directly to the third-party advertiser.
